Quality Control Department and insured for their value before they are shipped.
DMarie Design ships to all 48 contiguous states, Alaska and Hawaii. We will also
consider shipping elsewhere in the world if contacted. Please email special
requests to customerservice@dmariedesign.com.
DMarie Design orders are usually shipped via U.S. Postal Service. All orders have mandatory shipping insurance added at actual charges to protect your investment.
Dmarie Design is required to charge sales tax on items shipped or purchased
within the state of Texas.

All DMarie Design merchandise has a 30-day money back customer satisfaction
guarantee and a 30-day warranty from the invoice date of sale against man-
facture defect, except for Special Length cuts and items which are made to Order
which cannot be returned for refund or exchanges. Due to health code regulation
earrings and body jewelry are not returnable. Only store credit will be issued.

RETURNS
DMarie Design must receive all Returns within 30 days of invoice date.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact DMarie Design right
away. When returning any merchandise for credit or exchange, please follow
the instructions below.
1. Contact DMarie Design to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number.
This number should be written on both the inside and outside of all return
packaging.
2. Please include a copy of the invoice, all original materials and a brief
description explaining reason for return. Items without a correct legible
invoice, original materials and RMA number will not be eligible for return.
3. Please make sure all returned items are insured against loss. DMarie Design
is not liable for any returned items that become lost or are damaged in return
shipment. NO COD accepted.
Once returned item(s) are received, they are carefully inspected by our Quality
Control Department. Items that show signs of wear, resizing, engraving,
altering or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for credit or exchange. All
approved refunds from orders paid by credit card are credited to the same credit
card in which the purchase was made minus original shipping and handling charges.
Please allow 3-5 weeks for credit to appear on credit card. All approved refunds
from orders paid by check, are mailed out via U.S. mail within 5 days after
approval for refund minus original shipping and handling charges.
